One of the most important wine-producing countries in the world is France. Some of the most important regions are located here and none of them can deny a specific "terroir". Exceptional wines that include sparkling wines from Reims to heavy red wines from the Languedoc. You can find all important world varieties here. Whether it is Syrah from Rhone or Sauvignon from the Loire Valley or Chardonnay from Burgundy all these wines are of excellent quality.
Burgundy
One of the most acclaimed wine regions in all of France is Burgundy. This historically important area manages to keep its distinct charm that can be seen in both their wines and foods. This region is renowned for great wines like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. These wines are rustic yet elegant and often have the potential for archiving. Small locations and production from various appellations increase the already high interest and demand for these wines.
This Winery was founded in 2005 by a famous French winemaker named Nicolas Potel. The vineyards, which are between 50 and 100 years old, are located in the northern part of Burgundy in what is called Côte d'Or. Nicolas produces his wines in harmony with nature by applying friendly interventions in the vineyard. He uses natural sprays and even hand-picks the grapes and places them in small five pound crates. This is all reflected in the final form and quality of Nicolas' wines.

This is an often unjustly neglected region which is also one of the northernmost ones. The colder climate is suitable for white wines. These wines are higher acidity, are not drab, but are fruity and spicy. Fresh white wines such as those from Palava are of excellent quality. This Palava winery is located in the village of Bavory. The Pálava region is a place with ideal conditions and the winery produces a delicate, mineral wine. The winery has small with very high quality. The winery places an emphasis on the white varieties, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Gala also produces a delicious red Pinot Noir. The winery puts an effort to keeping continuity in successive years.

Is another representative of Čejkovice winemakers in Garage wine menu. It is a family winery producing small amounts of wine. All production comes from their own vineyards. The grapes are processed using the most advanced technology. They have a very interesting Chardonnay from barrels and even a full and creamy Neronet.

The popularity of Austrian wines worldwide is growing by the year. The most important wine regions are located in the eastern part of the country around Vienna, on the banks of the Danube and by the Hungarian border. The most important varieties are Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Zweigelt. Mineral white wines have exceptional quality at lower yields. The best red wines are from the area of Burgenland.
Burgenland
The area is situated on the shores of Lake Neusiedler and is famous for its red and naturally sweet wines. It is one of the warmest regions from Austria and is more varied than other areas in Austria. They not only have an excellent Zweigelt, but also a Lemberger or even Merlot. The most important centers are Gols and Rüst and for sweet wines, Ilmitz.
This family winery is located in the village of Oggau located on the west bank of Neusiedlersee . Eduard Tscheppe puts emphasis on delicate work in the vineyard both to the vines and to the soil. The result brings out a full, extractive wine that meets the strictest criteria of Demeter. Natural, yet pure wine with a potential for archiving.

Kamptal
Northeast of the Wachau lies another important region of Austria - Kamptal. The Kamp Valley protects the vines from cold winds from the north and as such there are higher temperatures in the region. Riesling and Grüner Veltliner are the traditional varieties. The wines are richer with minerals (following the Kremstal and Wachau tradition).
Is a small winemaker from the village of Zöbing lying north of Langenlois. He specializes mainly in Grüner Veltliner and Riesling varieties which have outstanding results in the region. The wines are characterized by rich minerals traditional to the Wachau region.

This unique wine region is famous for its varieties of Grüner Veltliner and Riesling (also Chardonnay, Pinot white, or Sauvignon). There are terraced vineyards on the north bank of the Danube with bedrock built on granite and gneiss. The high temperature differences between day and night and the influence of the Danube and specific microclimate is the reason for these excellent wines. There are lighter, fresh wines in categories of Steinfeder and Federspiel and there are heavier wines in the category of Smaragdare which have a higher alcohol content and are full-bodied and have a potential for long archiving in bottle.
This known father and son winery is from Unterloiben. They are one of the best wine producers of the eastern part of the Wachau. This small production winery focuses on high quality. They have plants on only 11 hectares of vineyards. Despite the high quality of Riesling they mainly focus on Grüner Veltliner.

This family winery, which has been run by Anton Nothnagl since 1997, is located in one of the most beautiful estates in Spitz called Rondellenhof since 1872 . This wine is served in the Michelin rated world's best restaurant, Noma in Denmark.
